Director of Education

The Director of Education has the primary responsibility for leading the teaching staff and implementing best practices in curriculum and education programs at The Arbor. The Director of Education establishes and promotes goals for faculty that result in every student achieving to his/her fullest personal potential through the development and implementation of a positive reinforcing system for evaluating effective teaching, strengthening the curriculum, and encouraging professional development.

School Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for completing daily tasks and projects in order to ensure efficient operation of the school office. Provide assistance and administrative support to school faculty, families, students, and visitors.

Lead Teacher

The Arbor School is seeking a Lead Teacher for a classroom of 5-6 children , ages 3-6, with a variety of more severe developmental disabilities. The position requires a bachelor's degree and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA). ABA is conducted under supervision of a BCBA. The classroom focuses on acquisition of core development skills, functional communication, and training of socially appropriate behavior. Good attendance and reliability are essential. The Arbor School is a private, non-profit school for children with developmental disabilities established in 1988.
